Jeanie likes sunny, relaxed mornings filled with conversation, coffee, and rescuing pets.
She does not like dusting constantly or breathing dirty, diseased air.
First, she had us install our high-quality, sealed air filter cabinet.
Second, we added an automatic, whole-home humidifier.
Then we cleaned the ducts in her home.

Use a straw of proper length OR a straw that goes from your basement, up the stairs, out the door, and into the back of a truck or trailer?
Our vacuum sucks more junk through the straw because we place it directly next to the cup, we mean duct. Truck or trailer mounted systems can not do this.

Our duct cleaning always includes
- Cleaning all ducts
- Dryer vent cleaning
- Blower wheel cleaning
Less diligent duct cleaners
- Might not have equipment that can reach all ducts
- Charge extras
- Use pushy scare tactics
- Drag a long, restrictive vacuum hose through the yard and into your home
- Need to leave your door open in winter
- Suck all the warm (or cool) air out of your house
Air (furnace) Filters
Do you live in a dust-filled snow globe? You might if your air filter and filter cabinet were not installed by us.
Our quality filter cabinets combined with the air-sealing we perform on every install prevent dust from sneaking past the air filter to evade capture. Our filter cabinets and air filters work together to measurably clean the air in your home, will keep clean ducts clean, and will work with nearly all furnaces. Installing a better filter cabinet should always be the first step taken toward improving indoor air quality. Since quality air filters capture an enormous amount of dust, the air filter should be changed every year. A plugged air filter may cause furnace overheating, short cycling where the furnace turns off and on, and could damage the air conditioner. |
Humidifiers
Cold, winter air holds little moisture. Just ask your dry nose. Your dry nose will tell you that it is more susceptible to viruses and junk. Maintaining favorable humidity levels in your home throughout winter is easy with a whole-home humidifier.
Our humidifiers work with any furnace and any thermostat and do not allow water to stagnate, thereby preventing harmful bacteria growth. They have a water panel that requires replacement every year. We inspect humidifiers and their water panels as a courtesy during a furnace tune-up. |
Radon Mitigation
Many people first learn of radon when they sell their home. This is not surprising as the effects radon decay products had on uranium miners were not understood until only a few decades ago, and word has not traveled fast. Not being able to see how decaying radon blasts apart your DNA makes this radioactive gas difficult to comprehend. Thankfully, the solution for reducing indoor radon is easy to understand and can be completed in a jiffy.
Our radon mitigation systems quickly move radon gas out of your home thanks to a 4" PVC pipe, a strong sump pump basin dome, and a powerful fan. Testing and retesting is cheap and easy via local county government programs. System installation takes about 1/2 of a day. Lien waivers make it to you fast and in-time for closing! |
